Hi Friends!
After 3 days of high-dose IV steroids, and many other torturous procedures, I just got the OK to go home. My head and lungs are much better. I will need to see Dr. Cohen and Dr. Karpouzas as soon as possible. And I'll start the next two rounds of rituxan (chemo) sooner rather than later! I also need to trade in my fancy Picc Line with 3 ports for a more permanent port on my chest -- that they'll put in surgically!
But for now, I can't wait for Bill to come and get me! It will be nice to see and hug my children and sleep in my own bed! Life is too good right now :0)
